ZCC has satisfactorily completed a number of projects within Afghanistan. There are still a number of projects in ongoing status to be completed by ZCC.

The completed and ongoing projects of ZCC cover vast areas in the construction field. Our construction scope falls within Building Construction, Road Construction, Construction of Bridge, Upgrading In frastructure, Construction of Health Clinic, Construction of Barracks for Afghan Police and Afghan Army and many more.

However, not all the construction works are completed as planned. Severe security situations in some parts of the country result in deaths and injuries of ZCC site engineers, masons and labors. Further losses include equipment loss, kidnaps and intimidations.

Hiring professional security experts in an answer to this problem. The security team closely works with Coalition Forces in term of information sharing and threats broadcasting.

In addition, our local employment policy is the best tool to reduce risk. ZCC employs locally skilled and unskilled individuals once a project is awarded in hazardous area. Individuals skilled in security are staffed to alert the engineers and workers in case of an upcoming threat.

There can be more delays and limitations in the construction works. IN spite of the security complaications, weather conditionis also of concern. ZCC plans beforehand the weather condition and informs its clients in advance if the construction work is stopped due to weather condition.

Our construction project accomplishment records arround 75 completed projects and 7 ongoing projects since establishmend. We assure more completed projects in coming years as we are technically sound in terms of construction machinery, equipment, budget and personnel.
